One look at Zarah, one would think that he is just another friendly neighbor. Look deeper, and you will find that he is not the man everyone makes out to be. Zarah has always an fascination for foreign manuscripts that exist throughout lands. Especially those who are Forgotten, torn, shattered into the sands of time; never again to be resurfaced. He once spend half of an entire fortune to buy a foreign book which people disregard as nonsense. A book is just another parchment with blotted ink. What harm can it cause to people? Ah, this is where most people are solely mistaken, for again, in the hands of the 'Skillful', books can be another weapon...
By the looks of this entire profile, one can say that Zarah is not entirely evil or cruel. That might be true, but Zarah's true motives have yet to be fathomed. That itself, is another troubling matter to his foes; for he rarely makes a mistake. He keeps them guessing and proves them wrong eventually. Most of the time, & politically right that is.
Oh, and his trusty ally, nicknamed 'Index', always seem to be with her master's side...
