Synopsis :
The Arienth Codex. Complied in the early days of Nora's history during a time of chaos, the vellum bound book was said to be most heretical kind in it's history. Rumored to be written in mixture of angel and demon blood, it was said to bring miracles to those who use it...
But there's a catch: The book's cryptic text is enough to keep most wandering eyes off...
Year 1855 A.D.
Freya Gautier, a former thief and trickster, is one girl unfazed by danger. Only a year ago, She's been secretly trying to steal artifacts for a living in the middle of a civil war. Now she works for the powerful Murat family as a private eye. When a deadly explosion destroys a ancient library, the odd thing that was left behind is a pair of broken knife blades; among its destruction wake. Could this be a clue? Unfortunately, the family's heirloom also goes missing. Facing an angry Matriarch due to not doing her duties properly, Freya is being tasked with the daunting task of finding the truth.
Thankfully, she gets a little help.

A/N: This is the last story I'm going to leave here, as a final tribute to this place. I will update this slowly from time to time as a small side hobby since most of my time spent will be on doing research for my other Fanfic stories. I may not be as epic as Stephen King, but I'll do my best. Probably some loopholes here and there, but like I said: I'm no professional.
